Three decades, five countries, one principle
Dr. Parashar trained at Government Medical College, Nagpur, completing his MBBS and his MS in General Surgery, followed by his DNB in 1995[cite: 2]. He went on to complete his MCh in Plastic Surgery at BYL Nair Hospital, Mumbai, in 1996[cite: 2].
What followed was a career built deliberately across health systems rather than within one[cite: 2]. Practice and training in India, Bahrain, the United States, Australia and the UAE exposed him to different surgical traditions, different patient populations and different standards of what a good result looks like[cite: 2]. His surgical concentration is body contouring and facial rejuvenation, and across all of it he holds to a single principle: an operation should restore proportion, not replace identity[cite: 2]. Planning therefore begins with the individual — their anatomy, their proportions and what they actually want changed — rather than with the name of a procedure[cite: 2].
